Too Tired...

I forgot to set my alarm last night...opps...luckily I woke up on time but was really tired from my adventerous day yesterday. So needless to say the motivation to work out this morning was not there. I have decided to at least take a walk after work (if it's not raining) I have to get home at a decent time b/c I have to go to a leadership meeting to go to at 7:30 so I have to get home and have dinner and be ready to go out again. I had a healthy breakfast this morning egg whites (plus one yolk), babybel cheese, yellow squash and a thin sandwich bread. It was super good and makes me feel good to eat well. I'm not sure what I am going to make for lunch but we'll see :) I'll let you know how the rest of the day goes tonight.

  1. Its just one of those mornings I think. I woke up to my alarm and decided to sleep for another hour. Usually I go into work between 7:00 and 7:30 but decided that getting in on time (at 8) would suffice today. I'm rediculous sore from my workout yesterday. Can't say I have ever had (or heard of) babybel cheese. I'm gonna have shakeology for my healthy breakfast today :)

  3. Up at 5:15 for body works plus abs. Had a clif bar and fruit for breakfast. You got this Poop. Push through the rain. You are a Washintonian!! Love you!!
