1st weigh in
so I know I haven't been around the past few days...I have been super sick. I am still coughing and sniffly but am feeling much better. So I did my weigh in...I am down 5lbs even with out calorie counting or working out for the past 3 days. I know that won't keep up. But my goal is for 5lbs a week at least till I get under 200. I am at 214lbs which is awesome. I also went jogging this morning. It felt great to do. I am stitting her sweaty(I still need to shower) but it felt great to do it. I haven't done it in a while and I got to go out side and just go. I haven't made breakfast yet so I am going to do that and shower. Lunch I'll be having salad and some chicken (i got a roasted chicken for dinner last night). Okay...I don't know what we will have for dinner b/c I am going to be at a dinner meeting...hopefully there is a healthy option. I'll let you know. :)
