OH it's Saturday!

I haven't been a very good blogger this week. Time keeps getting away from me. I've finally found some time (although I do have to get ready for work soon) to sit down and tell you about my week. I have been very good about keeping in my calories. I am starting to get this portion control thing down. Just hope to keep it up. Next week will be tough b/c of Passover. The first two nights I won't count calories b/c god only knows how bad the food will be from the Seders but I will def. make sure I get a good work out in both days and not feel bad about having two days of holiday food. As far as my work outs go this week hasn't been great. I've just been so busy my days have worn on me and my bed has been saying stay in here. I mean I guess I can't blame it. It is warm and cozy :) But I hope to get in something today and tomorrow so then I at least get in 4 days of working out this week. I have to weigh in on Monday and I just hope that I have a successful one. I had a great breakfast this morning 1 egg and some egg whites, green onion, laughing cow cheese and some potatoes. It was yummy and now I have to get ready for work. Check in later.
